Merry Christmas! I've had that same pot (red, too!) for a little over a year now. It gets used several times a week and it is my favorite tool in the kitchen. I know you'll love yours as much as I love mine. Can't wait to see what comes out of this baby!

Oh, it's so easy to buy a gift for someone who loves to cook, isn't it. Speaking of which, your chicken roaster up there .. was it a gift? I love it.

I hope to get a LC from Santa one day, too (I got a KitchenAid mixer from my Santa in 2006, so he's been good to me previously. There's hope:)
